Who We Are

We're Frostveil Verse Architecture, based out of Vancouver. We design buildings that actually make sense for the Nordic climate and Canadian context. This privacy policy covers how we handle information when you reach out to us, visit our website, or become a client.

How We Use Your Info

Pretty straightforward stuff here:

For active projects, we keep everything until the project's done and any warranty periods have expired. After that, we retain project records for 7 years minimum - that's standard practice in architecture due to liability and building code requirements.

If you just inquired but never moved forward with a project, we'll keep your contact info for about 2 years, then delete it. Unless you've asked to stay on our newsletter list, in which case we'll keep it until you unsubscribe.

Your Rights

Under Canadian privacy laws (PIPEDA specifically), you've got some solid rights:

• Access: You can ask what information we have about you
• Correction: If something's wrong, let us know and we'll fix it
• Deletion: Request we delete your info (with some exceptions for legal/professional requirements)
• Portability: Get a copy of your data in a usable format
• Opt-out: Unsubscribe from marketing emails anytime
• Complaint: File a complaint with the Privacy Commissioner of Canada if you think we've messed up

We're based in Canada and most of our work happens here. Some of our service providers might store data on servers in other countries. When that happens, we make sure they meet Canadian privacy standards or have equivalent protections in place.
